We are well aware of and understand the wants and needs of families on holiday. We will be more than happy to provide you with various useful items if you so request:

Room make-up
We will be happy to arrange for the apartment to be cleaned during your stay or the bed linen to be changed if you so desire, ensuring you can completely relax and enjoy your holiday to the full.

Luggage storage
Do you want to store your luggage for a few hours before check-in or after check-out? That is no problem at all as we have sufficient space; just let us know in good time.
WiFi, Sonos, Apple TV and USB Sockets
High-speed WiFi is available free of charge throughout the apartment, as is a Sonos wireless sound system. Further, each room is fitted with USB sockets and an Apple TV in the living room and master bedroom.
Skis and ski boots
There is plenty of space to store your skis in the entrance hall of Haus Oasis. Your ski boots can be placed on your very own ski boot dryer, which guarantees dry and warm feet. In the summer, the ski boot dryer can be used for your hiking boots.
Further, there are two sports shops that rent out ski equipment just around the corner from Haus Oasis.
Quality Card
As a member of the Zermatt Apartment Association (ZAV), we can provide you, as our guests, with the Quality Card. This means we are able to offer you additional benefits that other rental companies fail to access. The offers provided by the Quality Card are constantly being expanded with new and highly interesting features each season.
Bye bye – Your departure
Unfortunately, even the best holidays must come to an end. We are very keen to make sure the final day of your stay is as enjoyable as the rest of your holiday. We will, therefore, briefly discuss your departure with you the day before you leave. We can organise an electric taxi for you and will always do our best to accommodate any requirements and requests you may have. We very much hope to welcome you back as our guests in the near future!
